SLM Toyota are sponsoring the Spartan Under 13 Girls Football Team this year

Despite having won their Quarter Final comfortably with two of the best players away the girls found the semi-final away to league leaders Jarvis Brook a lot tougher, eventually losing 5-1. They were down 3-1 at half time and then got a penalty and when the ball hits the bar you know it's not going to be your day!!

Returning to the league two weeks later and the girls were back on form winning 3-1 at home to Rustall and with games in hand over the 3 teams above them, the next game away to will probably be the make or break game this season.  "Good luck girls".

We wish them the very best of luck.  Rod Dyer from SLM Toyota is the Team Manager - his daughter Alice plays Goal Keeper/Left Back.
